Communication Tips
- Think about putting together an orientation slide that you place on screen the first night of class to prompt students to connect their audio and reach out via the chat if they have technical difficulties.
- Clarify for students how you expect them to communicate with you in WebEx and how you will be communicating throughout the course.
- Place cue slides in your ppt's or consider having cue slides ready for breaks, group activities, etc.
- Take the time to show students your course shell in Canvas and review what materials they need to access.
