Program Assessment

Webster University is required to assess student learning outcomes by our accrediting agency, ACBSP. 

The Management & Leadership program will be assessed at three courses/points along the curriculum:

MNGT 5000 will include a pre-test that will be given to all incoming students into the program to assess base knowledge levels. Details of the exam are posted below.

MNGT 5650 will include the Capstone Simulation and companion assessment tool, Comp-XM to assess unstructured decision-making.

MNGT 6000 will include the student post-test to the pre-test taken in M5000 to provide a longitudinal paired comparison of student learning.
